Antoinette and her daughter gave me such a lovely experience dress shopping, they found the perfect dress for me! All of the dresses I tried on were absolutely gorgeous, I honestly could’ve gone with any of them. They make sure to get you fitted into each one as best as possible so even though it may not be your size, it still looks great on. All their dresses are made to order which makes it feel so personal. Their studio is in a beautiful old building and you are the only person there trying one dresses, makes the whole experience very personal. They also reached out before hand to ask me about example dresses which made the experience go so much easier! The dress are also such a good price, we were able to stay well within my price range. Cannot recommend this place enough, any bride I come across I will recommend them to the bridal cottage!

Buckle in for this review. First time bride. First time wedding gown buyer here. Also a plus size girly. Now, as a plus size bride, finding a dress is no easy feat. Most dress shops don’t have dresses on the floor in my size and if they do the selection is extremely limited. This is a huge let down when dress shopping and puts a pretty big damper on the process. The girls at the bridal cottage never once made me feel like my size was going to be a problem when it came to finding a dress. They were extremely open and honest with me about my style that I was looking for and even let me know that they may not have exactly what I was looking for and were very transparent about that. I still wanted to go to my appointment and wanted to try on as many dresses as I could. I showed up and they had already pulled an incredible selection of dresses for me all in my size and all in styles that they thought I might enjoy. I did not try on a single dress that I didn’t like. Sydney and Antoinette are the real deal, they know exactly what they’re doing, they are all extremely familiar with their inventory and they are there for your vision! Honestly, the best experience ever! I walked out of there with the most perfect dress that I could ever imagine for myself, not to mention that it was exactly in my budget. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase the dress, I felt empowered and extremely supported in whichever decision I went with. They even helped me customize it to match exactly how I envisioned it. I highly highly recommend checking out this bridal shop. Small stores like this do not get the reputation that they deserve! Go check them out!

My experience working with the owners of this shop has been amazing. They communicate very well and were so helpful in finding my dress! They initially did not have the one I wanted in-store, but they found many similar ones that I fell in love with -I made my decision without any pushing (which was my biggest concern about dress shopping) and I am thrilled to wear my dress for my wedding. If you’re worried about wedding dress shopping come here! The owners are super amazing people! They made the experience fun, comfortable, and stress free! What I liked the most is that they both really cared that I got something I liked. They don’t try and pitch you a sale, they are genuinely interested in your wellbeing as a bride. I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for and both Sydney and Antoinette were very understanding and accommodating to my needs. I really liked how the business is set up. You have your privacy when changing but help is right there if you need it. They’ll bring dresses out for you based on your preferences and have all the accessories and alterations you can think of!
